Subject: [PATCH] Fix build with musl libc

Including both the libc <sys/stat.h> and the kernel UAPI
<linux/stat.h> fails, as they both define struct statx and
struct statx_timestamp with no guards against each other.

The kernel header is fully redundant here: the io_uring
helpers only need struct statx and the STATX_* and AT_*
macros, all of which the libc header already provides.
