gkrellmoon: a Moon Clock plugin for Gkrellm

I used to have lots of dockapps on Linux. Then I started using FreeBSD. I
couldn't get the same dockapps there, so I started using gkrellm. But there
was no MoonClock plugin!

So I cooked up my own. All I did was wrap the demo gkrellm plugin code around
most of the code from glunarclock, which is mostly from the wmMoonClock
dockapp. Those guys did all the hard work.
